Throughout the produce and floral industries, there is incredible work being done by both individuals and organizations to advance our industry and our talent through innovation, collaboration and superior leadership. Each year, IFPA recognizes these changemakers for their contributions and accomplishments with an Award of Excellence.

Advocate of the Year Award

The Advocate of the Year Award pays special recognition to one IFPA member company that serves as an advocate for the entire produce industry.

Floral Marketer of the Year Award

Science & Technology Circle of Excellence Award

This award recognizes individuals or organizations that solve business challenges within the produce and/or floral industries through the application of scientific and technological advancements to create better products, processes or value to customers.

Produce Excellence in Foodservice Awards

This awards program pays special tribute to chefs and foodservice operations for their produce innovation, creativity, and all-around excellence in the use of fresh produce in the culinary arts.

Retail Produce Manager Awards

This awards program pays special recognition to 15 of the industry’s top retail produce managers who represent the produce industry to the consumer and work every day to increase sales and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Retail Merchant Innovation Award

Award

This award recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of a Director of Vice President in the produce or fresh produce departments of a retail banner who has created and implemented a promotion for produce that successfully educates consumers and team members and impacts store sales. Five awards will be granted each year based on store count.
